We collect the details you provide to complete a booking, including your name, email, driver’s licence number, and uploaded licence or passport documents, along with trip dates and payment information.

Your information is used to process reservations, verify eligibility, take payment, and provide customer support. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Document handling

Uploaded identity documents are used solely to verify driver eligibility and are stored securely. They are retained only as long as needed to meet legal and contractual obligations.

4. Payments

Payment details are processed by our payment provider over encrypted connections. Walcars does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@walcars.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.
