Terms of Service

Please review the terms that govern every Walcars rental. By making a reservation you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Rental agreement

By reserving a vehicle with Walcars Car Rentals, you agree to these terms. The reservation confirmation, together with these terms, forms the complete rental agreement between you and Walcars.

2. Driver eligibility

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s licence for the entire rental period. A valid international passport may be required when the licence was issued outside Nigeria. All documents must be uploaded before the vehicle is released.

3. Payments & deposits

Rental charges, taxes, and any selected extras are collected at checkout. A refundable security deposit may be held against the payment method on file and released after the vehicle is returned undamaged.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a one-day rental fee.

5. Vehicle use & liability

Vehicles must be operated lawfully and returned in the same condition, fuel level, and by the agreed drop-off time. The renter is responsible for fines, tolls, and damage not covered by the selected protection plan.
